This first class one-bedroom (one bathroom) apartment is located centrally in the 7th district of Vienna, only four metro stations away from the city center and the world famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

The Serviced Apartment is fully furnished and offers a living room with kitchen and dining area for four persons, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.

The apartment’s furniture was placed on quality materials, contemporary furniture and pleasant lighting. An LED- television set with cable TV is provided in the living room. Free high speed internet via Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with integrated freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and all common kitchen utensils.

The apartment can accommodate two persons. The bed is a 180 x 200 cm boxspring bed with choice of mattress firmness, since one side of the bed is worked a little harder and the other a little softer. The bedroom is located towards the quiet courtyard.

Fresh towels, bath towels, bath mat and linen are provided. You will find cleaning equipment in the apartment.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The house has got an intercom system and an easily accessible garbage room.

The 7th district offers within walking distance several attractions, from shopping on Mariahilfer Straße and Neubaugasse up to classic sights such as the National Theatre, the Museum Quarter, the Theater in der Josefstadt, the Hofimmobiliendepot, the Kosmos Theater and the Amerlinghaus up to “the village in the city”, the Spittelberg with its well-preserved historic buildings and idyllic spots. The Mariahilfer Straße, the largest shopping area in Vienna, can be reached in two minutes walking. Only one kilometer away is the Haus des Meeres. On more than 5 000 m², more than 10 000 animals are shown, from aquarium animals, preferably from the Mediterranean Sea and from tropical freshwater and seawater habitats, a terrarium section as well as a tropical house with birds, bats and monkeys which are not separated by fences or glass windows from the visitors. Interesting is the fact that the Haus des Meeres is located in a former Flakturm from the Second World War, which still rises like a memorial into the sky.

In just two minutes you can reach the next bus stop, in just four minutes the next subway station.
