The 1st district with all its sights, for example Staatsoper, St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Albertina, Palmenhaus and the shopping area around Graben, Kohlmarkt and Kärtner Straße is only three subway stations away. In addition, some of Vienna’s best restaurants as well as many small local eateries and grocery stores, like the well-known Meinl am Graben or the Fabios, are there. For typical Viennese flair you can go to the famous Café Central or the Scharze Kameel.Close to the apartment is the “Alte Donau”, Vienna’s recreation area no. 1. Also just a few minutes away are the Prater, Vienna’s green lung with extensive walking and jogging trails as well as the Würstl-Prater, a special attraction for children with its rides and the big Ferris wheel.

The subway station Vorgartenstraße is around the corner, within a one minute walk. The next bus stop also within a one minute walk as well.
