Furnished Apartment

If you are coming to Vienna for a limited time, we offer everything you need to make sure that you do not have to look for accommodation and furnishing. We will also be happy to assist you with administrative procedures.

Apartment Search

You simply put an inquiry on our homepage for your desired apartment or you tell us what you are looking for and we will tell you which apartments are suitable for that.

Check-in

You have unfavorable flight times and arrive very early or very late? No problem for us. We offer a flexible key box Check-in so that you can arrive at any time and Check-in without waiting. You will receive all information in advance via e-mail.

If you prefer a personal Check-in, our team will gladly welcome you at the apartment.

Furnishing

Our apartments are all high quality furnished with a mix of modern and vintage. Our beds are box spring beds with the utmost comfort, so that you can relax. All kitchens are fully equipped, from Nespresso coffee machine to toaster, water kettle, stove, oven, cutlery, dishes and kitchen utensils.

Internet

Each of our apartments has its own internet connection, with which high speed surfing, streaming or homeoffice are no problem.

Billing

You need the invoice sent to your company address or home address? No problem for us. You can conveniently pay by credit card, cash, bank transfer or bank debit. We can hand over your invoice personally, send it via e-mail, or place it in your apartment. Of course, our invoices are issued with VAT, so you can use them for your tax declaration and billing.

Company rates

Are there any other employees of your company coming to Vienna? We are happy to offer you our company rates when you are booking several apartments.

Lease duration

Would you like to stay in Vienna longer than planned? Just let us know and we can extend your stay without any problems.

Cleaning

If you do not have time or do not feel like cleaning your apartment yourself, we offer weekly cleanings and linen change. If you need more frequent cleanings, we will gladly organize it for you.

Nightlife / Shopping

Who knows the best restaurants and bars in the city? We do! You receive personally tested recommendations from us. Special tips? We will be happy to find everything you need from A like allergic friendly cafés to Z like Zoo Vienna.
