Furniture and material that are used meet highest demands – from boxspring beds with two different tempers up to design armchairs or handpicked art. Further it offers free high speed internet (Wi-Fi), an iPhone docking station and LED-TVs with cable TV in the bedroom and the living room. A desk is in the apartment too.

The apartment is close to all the sights of the 1st district such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Spanish Horse Riding School, the Heroes’ Square and many, many more. Some of the best restaurants in Vienna and many small local restaurants and shopping are nearby. Music lovers can enjoy numerous concerts in the ORF-Funkhaus or the Musikverein, both of which are not far from the apartment. On your walks through the neighborhood you will see beautiful house facades, many of them built by famous architects. To and from the airport the journey takes only 20 minutes by taxi or 40 minutes by public transport. A tram stop is a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a subway and bus station in the immediate close by. Vienna’s most famous private school, the Theresianum, is just an eight-minute walk away.
