This first-class 95 m² two-bedroom (two-bathroom) apartment is located right in the center of Vienna, in the 1st district. It is stylish and fully furnished, with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. The apartment consists of a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and an elegant entrance area.

Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality and modern furniture with exclusive materials. LED-Television sets with cable TV are provided in the bedrooms and in the living room. Free high speed internet via Wi-Fi and a bluetooth music system are available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator with integrated freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle and all common kitchen utensils. The apartment offers a desk as well.

The apartment can accommodate four persons. The beds are handmade 180 x 200 cm boxspring beds with choice of mattress firmness, harder or softer. The Helferstorferstraße is a narrow street, right next to the pedestrian areas of the 1st district.

Fresh towels, bath towels, shower rugs and bed linen are provided. Cleaning equipment is also available.

The apartment is non-smoking.

The house has an elevator, an intercom and an easily accessible garbage room.

The most famous shopping streets in Vienna around the Graben, Kohlmarkt and Tuchlauben, the famous Golden Quarter, are right around the corner. The apartment is in close proximity to all the sights of the 1st district, such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg, the Spanish Riding School, Heldenplatz and many, many more. The Votive Church and the University of Vienna are only a few steps away from the apartment. In the vicinity of the apartment are some of the best restaurants in Vienna as well as many small local restaurants and grocery stores, for example the Interspar am Schottentor, in a listed building or the Fabios. For a special Viennese flair there is the popular Café Central or the Schwarze Kameel not far from the apartment. The Danube Canal, Vienna’s longest cycling and jogging route, can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

The Schottentor station, from which the U2 and many tram lines run, is only a few minutes’ walk away.
